I have never eaten breakfast food ANYWHERE, even my own Grandma's house, as good as what was served to me here. I normally don't really like pancakes, most of the time they are too tough and thick and pretty unpleasant to chew. These were a very pleasant thickness, and the fluffiest pancakes I've ever had. They were so good, just by themselves, that I didn't even put syrup on them until I was halfway through the first pancake! Now for the less interesting details. I ordered : Strawberries and Cream pancakes (or just strawberry pancakes, I don't rightly remember) Hash brown, and a single Biscuit and Gravy. The pancakes came two in a single order, topped with real fruit and their own strawberry jam that they make on site. The Hash Browns came in a nice helping, and were the crispiest most pleasant hash browns I have ever eaten! The biscuit was a nice size and their gravy came in a small bowl, with small scraps of sausage and bacon in it.
Disappointed the menu was printed in 2019, and has a few items listed, that aren't offered. I believe an updated menu, with the food and condiments you actually offer would be a great help. Took a friend there, yesterday, especially for the muscadine jelly advertised as homemade. Only to be told it had been YEARS since they had that jelly. Just my opinion. Great service, delicious food, and clean and quiet atmosphere!
My wife & I have been dining here since this establishment opened in 1980. Always good! Great cheese dips & desserts. I’ve tried numerous items from the menu through the years but my fave is still the original Stoby sandwich. Today I chose the Clawson Burger which pays homage to a longtime Conway eatery.
We were in town for the weekend and a local recommended we try out Stoby's. It didn't disappoint one bit. The chips and cheese dip was delicious. Absolutely loved the Mexican Punch! The burgers and pie were great. Super friendly servers. Great local joint.
Really nice breakfast. I had the Big Mess (basically biscuits and gravy with eggs, meats, hash browns, and veggies) and my wife had the ultimate omelet. Both were great and huge. They were very busy but the service was still on point. Highly recommend.
Loved the food! We had pancakes with a delicious house made strawberry jam!! So so delicious 😋 Debbie was our server that morning for breakfast and she was a very sweet server and took really good care of us while we were there. Restaurant was very clean and so cute and homey

Pancake was light and fluffy, bacon was cooked perfectly. The cheese sauce appetizer was delicious and addicting. Definitely took some home.
Was referred to Soby's by some friends from work when I asked about a good local breakfast place. I was not disappointed! I had the eggs Benedict, has browns, and cinnamon roll - all made from scratch! Server was super sweet and very attentive checking in on me at appropriate times throughout my meal.
Best breakfast in Conway! Always packed on the weekends but a great week day breakfast for fast friendly service! Eggs always taste good and real eggs! I don’t know what they do to them. Love the crisp but still chewy bacon and crunchy hash browns! Coffee is regular but hot! Their house strawberry jam is awesome!
